The System Integration Expert plays a pivotal role in enabling seamless data and application interoperability across Dolphin Energy's enterprise platforms. This role is essential to the success of digital transformation initiatives such as the Plant Data Management (PDM) solution, ensuring integration across upstream and downstream operations in the oil & gas sector. The expert will lead the evaluation, deployment, and governance of integration frameworks that connect legacy systems, cloud services, and industrial platforms.

This role is instrumental in supporting Dolphin Energy's long-term digital transformation roadmap, ensuring that integration efforts align with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity standards, and operational excellence across all business units.

• Evaluate technical proposals from bidders for the PDM project, providing assessments based on technical competency, cost-effectiveness, and strategic fit.
• Lead the implementation of integration setup and deployment of the PDM solution in collaboration with implementation partners.
• Ensure seamless integration of systems including SAP S/4
  
  HANA, Microsoft SharePoint (Online and On-Prem), .NET-based applications, and industrial platforms such as RTDB, PDMS, and CIMS.
• Oversee the decommissioning of legacy middleware (e.g., Biz Talk) and implement modern integration layers aligned with Dolphin Energy's enterprise architecture.
• Lead data migration, mapping, and governance activities to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Apply AI/ML techniques to improve data validation, anomaly detection, and metadata enrichment during integration processes.
• Maintain detailed integration documentation covering data flows, licensing impacts, and migration strategies.
• Manage ongoing data integration operations and enforce governance policies across platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration efforts align with business and technical requirements.
• Provide technical oversight during implementation, testing, and go-live phases, ensuring integration stability and compliance.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in system integration, project management, and solution architecture within the oil & gas industry.
• Proven experience in integrating complex systems such as SAP, SharePoint online, Plant systems, Real-Time systems, and other enterprise applications.

• Experience with AI-powered data migration and mapping tools such as Azure AI Services and others.
• Experience with industrial protocols such as OPC-UA for real-time data exchange between plant systems and enterprise platforms.
• Proficiency in API development, ETL tools, and data synchronization methods.
• Experience with middleware technologies and cloud-based integration frameworks such as Biz Talk.
• Experience in project management and ability to manage large-scale integration projects with cross-platform dependencies.

• Excellent analytical and research skills.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Mobilization date:
Dec 25 for 3 months time and might be extended.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay:
Up to QAR 7,000.00 per month
