About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced ISMS / Data Center Technical Coordinator to support the implementation, coordination, and maintenance of information security and data center operations in alignment with ISO 27001 standards and organizational policies.

The role involves close collaboration with internal IT, project, and operations teams to ensure compliance with information security management systems (ISMS) requirements and efficient functioning of data center infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor all ISMS (Information Security Management System) activities across departments.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO 27001 standards, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct periodic audits, risk assessments, and corrective action follow-ups to ensure ISMS compliance.
• Assist in documenting and updating security controls, incident reports, and change management logs.
• Coordinate technical operations and maintenance activities for the company's data center.
• Monitor and manage physical and logical access control, server health, and network infrastructure uptime.
• Liaise with internal teams and vendors to address technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare reports and maintain documentation related to ISMS and data center performance.
• Support business continuity and disaster recovery planning and testing.

Qualifications and

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in information security, IT operations, or data center coordination.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 implementation and audit requirements.
• Understanding of networking, server infrastructure, and IT systems administration.
• Experience in managing or supporting data center operations preferred.
• Certifications such as ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, ITIL, or CompTIA Security+ are an advantage.
