A little taste of your day‑to‑dayEvery day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Manage daily IT operations, including systems, networks, hardware, and software support.
- Supervise and support the IT team, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
- Monitor and maintain hotel IT systems such as PMS, POS, network infrastructure, and security systems.
- Ensure data security, system backups, and compliance with company IT policies and standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT support, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Plan and implement IT projects, system upgrades, and new technologies.
- Provide technical support during critical incidents and ensure minimal operational disruption.
- Maintain IT documentation, reports, and asset inventories.
- Proven experience in IT operations or supervisory role, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of networks, servers, hardware, software, and IT security practices.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and provide on‑call support when required.
