Nair Systems is currently looking for Senior Project Manager for our Qatar operations with the following Skill set and terms & conditions.
Skills and Experience- 12+ years in IT delivery, including 7+ years in Agile coaching and transformation.
- Proven experience in enterprise-level Agile adoption and project/program management.
- Hands-on experience with Scaled Agile frameworks, Dev Sec Ops , and automation practices.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Scrum, Kanban, DAD).
- Expertise in Agile metrics, OKRs, and value realization.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership coaching skills.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and other Agile lifecycle tools.
- Ability to bridge business and technology teams for effective transformation.
- Experience in banking or financial services domain.
- Ability to tailor frameworks to organizational needs rather than applying them rigidly.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, including experience as a keynote speaker or trainer.
