Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including receiving and addressing complaints, conducting investigations, and responding to inquiries.
- Review personal data management systems to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
- Assess data privacy risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Evaluate requests for processing sensitive data and escape them to the manager for approval.
- Implement procedures related to complaints and investigations, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Data protection certifications preferred, such as Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP), or equivalent.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity and privacy principles.
- Familiarity with cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
- Knowledge of laws, policies, procedures, and governance related to data protection and privacy.
- Awareness of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence and blockchain.
- Technical expertise in computer networking concepts, protocols, and network security methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills.
