Join Education Above All (EAA) as a Digital Partnerships Specialist. EAA is looking for a Digital Partnerships Specialist to join our Communications and Private Sector Partnerships team. This role is central to scaling our digital fundraising capabilities, building strategic partnerships, and driving impact through technology.

• Develop and enhance EAA’s online donation platform and donation apps
• Boost donations through optimized digital channels (web, social media, apps)
• Design and execute data-driven digital campaigns, ensuring measurable ROI
• Optimize donor journeys to foster long-term engagement and retention
• Forge partnerships with digital agencies, payment platforms, and retailers
• Launch cutting-edge campaigns that align with EAA’s global education mission
• Track performance metrics and refine strategies for maximum impact

You’ll also collaborate with the International Partnerships Manager to:

• Develop alliances with corporate foundations and NGOs
• Secure sponsor ships and co-funded initiatives advancing EAA’s goals

A digital-native with a passion for social impact. You bring:

• 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, international partnerships or fundraising
• Expertise in CRM systems, analytics tools, and campaign management
• A creative thinker with a knack for engaging donors through compelling digital content
• A collaborative, results-oriented professional eager to drive change
