About the job Underwriting Team Leader - 12 Months contract - Extendable
- Ensure compliance with underwriting policies and regulatory standards.
- Supervise documentation, filing systems, and follow-up mechanisms with partners.
- Oversee post-underwriting processes, client communication, and agreement preparation.
- Lead customer relationship and grievance resolution initiatives.
- Manage enrolment processes data entry, card printing, and dispatch.
- Coordinate with external entities such as insurance companies and vendors.
- Mentor and develop the underwriting team for continuous growth and performance improvement.
Requirements:
- Must have Bachelors Degree preferably in insurance or Finance.
- Minimum experience required is 3 5 years within insurance preferably medical insurance
