- Experience in drafting legal notices, contracts, and handling court appearances for litigation.
- Strong knowledge of real estate laws, contract law, commercial law, and compliance.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience dealing with government authorities and regulatory bodies.
- Provide legal advice on all real estate matters, including land acquisition, due diligence, title verification, and property documentation.
- Review and draft legal opinions for new land parcels, ongoing projects, and investment opportunities.
