We are seeking a dynamic Legal Counsel / Contracts Manager to join our team and serve as a trusted legal advisor across the business. Key Responsibilities- Provide expert legal advice on contracts, compliance, intellectual property, and commercial agreements.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements (sales, distribution, licensing, service, NDAs).
- Ensure contracts meet legal requirements, company policies, and industry standards while securing favourable terms.
- Identify and mitigate legal risks, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support negotiations and resolve legal issues.
- Monitor regulatory changes and advise stakeholders proactively.
- Develop and implement corporate policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
- Conduct legal research, manage disputes, and coordinate with external counsel when needed.
- Oversee contract lifecycle management, including templates, renewals, and expiration.
- Deliver legal training programs to enhance employee awareness of compliance and contract management.
- Support due diligence for partnerships, acquisitions, and strategic transactions.
- Contribute to corporate governance initiatives and provide legal insights in management meetings.
- A qualified lawyer with strong experience in contract management, corporate law, and compliance.
