We are looking for a Junior Lawyer to join our office and support the legal team with document and contract review, legal research, and day-to-day legal operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, draft, and analyze contracts, agreements, and legal documents
- Assist in legal research and prepare summaries, notes, and reports
- Support senior lawyers with compliance, regulatory, and corporate matters
- Liaise with internal teams on legal queries and documentation
- Maintain organized legal records and document tracking
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of relevant legal experience
- Strong understanding of contracts and legal documentation
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
