Job DescriptionThe incumbent will support and carry out maintenance works (electrical, A/C, plumbing, furniture, office equipment, etc.) across all Group premises, ensuring efficient, reliable operations and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Main Responsibilities- Support and perform all maintenance duties, preventing financial losses from property malfunctions.
- Implement KPI’s and best practices for Facilities Management, promoting cost‑consciousness and productivity.
- Carry out maintenance services for all Group departments and branches, responding to internal and external customer queries and maintaining Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain activities aligned with SLAs, building effective relationships with related departments to support Group objectives.
- Provide timely and accurate data to auditors, compliance, financial control, and risk teams when required.
- Perform scheduled, emergency, and routine maintenance on electrical, A/C, plumbing, building, furniture, and ATM equipment.
- Log complaints and maintenance requests, conduct daily and weekly maintenance rounds, and respond to emergency requests.
- Investigate faults and perform minor repairs, documenting parts requirements and obtaining approvals for major works.
- Coordinate with external service providers for specialist repairs, ensuring approval processes are followed.
- Participate in training for equipment operation and maintenance, providing instruction to assigned personnel.
- Maintain knowledge of complex maintenance tasks, prioritizing activities and pursuing professional development opportunities.
- Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements, including AML & CTF, sanctions, data protection, fraud control, and whistle‑blowing policies.
- Apply the Three Lines of Defence principle, identify, monitor, manage, and report risks, supporting RCSA, KRI, Incident reporting, and remediation within Operational Risk Management.
- Technical diploma in a relevant field (Electrical, A/C, Plumbing, etc.).
- No prior experience required – entry‑level role.
