Cars Mechanical Technician
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mechanical Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing production machinery and systems to ensure uninterrupted, high-quality manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate is a fast learner with a strong commitment to safety, precision, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with engineering and operations teams to perform routine maintenance, conduct repairs, and support process enhancements.

- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and mechanical systems.
- Diagnose mechanical issues using technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools.
- Replace worn or damaged components, including belts, bearings, gears, and seals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production line stoppages and implement solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts usage, and equipment performance.
- Adhere to safety protocols, OSHA standards, and company compliance requirements.
- Support equipment upgrades, installations, and modifications as needed.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting process enhancements.
- Stay current with new technologies, tools, and best practices in mechanical maintenance.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in mechanical systems or related field preferred.
- Proven ability to multitask effectively in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to quality, safety, and on‑time task completion.
- Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand complex mechanical systems and adapt to new equipment.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools, precision measuring instruments, and diagnostic equipment.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied environmental conditions.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime, as required by production demands.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus.
