Cars Mechanical Technician

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mechanical Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing production machinery and systems to ensure uninterrupted, high-quality manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate is a fast learner with a strong commitment to safety, precision, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with engineering and operations teams to perform routine maintenance, conduct repairs, and support process enhancements.

This position is essential to driving operational efficiency, minimizing downtime, and supporting the production of high-performance industrial components. Your hands‑on expertise and proactive mindset will directly contribute to the reliability and scalability of our manufacturing processes.

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and mechanical systems.
• Diagnose mechanical issues using technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools.
• Replace worn or damaged components, including belts, bearings, gears, and seals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production line stoppages and implement solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts usage, and equipment performance.
• Adhere to safety protocols, OSHA standards, and company compliance requirements.
• Support equipment upgrades, installations, and modifications as needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting process enhancements.
• Stay current with new technologies, tools, and best practices in mechanical maintenance.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in mechanical systems or related field preferred.
• Proven ability to multitask effectively in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to quality, safety, and on‑time task completion.
• Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand complex mechanical systems and adapt to new equipment.
• Proficient in using hand and power tools, precision measuring instruments, and diagnostic equipment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied environmental conditions.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime, as required by production demands.
• Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus.
