We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our printing division. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge of printing processes and proven experience managing production teams in a fast‑paced environment.

• Supervise day‑to‑day production activities across digital, offset, and large‑format printing.
• Plan and allocate workload to ensure timely completion of all print jobs.
• Monitor print quality, colour accuracy, and finishing standards.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and support operators in resolving technical problems.
• Ensure proper maintenance, cleaning, and calibration of printing machines.
• Manage material usage, coordinate with the store for consumables, and reduce wastage.
• Review job orders, ensure accurate execution, and maintain production records.
• Coordinate closely with the design, sales, and operations teams for job scheduling and updates.
• Train, guide, and monitor the performance of machine operators and support staff.
• Ensure compliance with company quality and safety standards.

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a printing production supervisor role.
• Strong knowledge of digital printing, offset printing, large format, and finishing processes.
• Hands‑on experience with printing machines (e.g., Konica Minolta, HP Latex, Mimaki, Roland, Offset).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ready to join immediately (preferred).
