We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Product & Concept Development Executive to lead the development of new product ideas, concepts, and innovative business solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong market understanding, design‑thinking ability, and a proven record of taking concepts from idea stage to final execution.

• Develop product concepts, prototypes, and business models based on market needs and company goals.
• Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and gaps.
• Coordinate with R&D, design, production, and marketing teams to bring concepts to life.
• Prepare business proposals, concept presentations, and feasibility studies.
• Analyze consumer trends, customer feedback, and industry insights.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables for concept development.
• Support branding, packaging, and design initiatives to enhance product appeal.
• Evaluate performance of launched products and recommend improvements.
• Identify innovation opportunities and propose new concepts regularly.

• Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product development, concept creation, or innovation roles.
• Strong analytical, creative, and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and documentation abilities.
• Knowledge of design tools, prototyping methods, and market research analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Cross-functional collaboration experience is essential.
