Job Summary

The Technician will support administrative and operational activities by performing general technical tasks, minor maintenance, troubleshooting, and assisting various departments to ensure smooth factory operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine technical inspections and minor repairs to equipment, tools, and facilities.
• Support departments with basic electrical, mechanical, or utility-related tasks.
• Assist in assembling, installing, or maintaining factory-related equipment.
• Conduct daily checks on tools, workshop areas, and assigned machinery.
• Report issues requiring major repairs or specialized technicians.
• Maintain proper records of work completed and materials used.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance during all maintenance activities.

Requirements

• ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/General Maintenance.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Basic troubleshooting skills in mechanical or electrical systems.
• Ability to work in hot, fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of safety standards and factory operational practices.
