• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC Lathe machines for turning and machining operations.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and machining sketches

• Select and install tools, inserts, holders, and work-holding fixtures.
• Load and adjust CNC programs, offsets, speeds, and feeds as per the job requirement.
• Perform precision machining on materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, aluminum, brass
  , etc.
• Ensure tight tolerances, surface finish requirements, and dimensional accuracy.
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues with cutting tools or programs.
• Maintain machine cleanliness, perform basic preventive maintenance, and report faults.
• Record daily production logs and ensure components meet QC requirements.
• Follow workshop safety guidelines, PPE usage, and housekeeping standards.

• Technical Diploma / ITI in Machinist
  , Mechanical
  , or Precision Engineering
  .
• Minimum 3–5 years experience as a CNC Lathe Machinist.
• Experience with Fanuc / Siemens / Haas / Mazak controllers (as applicable).
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and GD&T symbols.
• Experience in machining shafts, flanges, bushings, pins, couplings, and threaded components.
