Réalis is currently looking for an experienced Senior Operation Coordinator to join our team for projects across varying sectors and locations within Qatar. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team on high‑profile projects.

• Coordinate and oversee day‑to‑day operations for facility management services, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with standards.
• Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and operational workflows to meet client requirements.
• Monitor service delivery performance and implement process improvements for efficiency and quality.
• Liaise with clients, vendors and internal teams to resolve operational issues promptly.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations across all FM activities.
• Prepare operational reports and provide insights to support strategic decision making.
• Support budgeting and cost‑control initiatives to optimize operational expenses.

• BSc degree in MEP Engineering.
• Certified Facility Manager (CFM) credential.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Facility Management sector.

• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and facility management operations.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in operational planning, scheduling and resource management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Problem‑solving skills with ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with FM compliance standards and safety regulations.
