Requirements:
- Carry out dismantling, inspection, repair, reassembly, and testing of valves in compliance with API/ASME/ISO standards and customer specifications.
- Supervise and guide junior technicians and helpers during field and workshop valve jobs.
- Perform lapping, machining, hydrostatic testing, pneumatic testing, and calibration of valves.
- Ensure proper use, maintenance, and calibration of valve test benches, tools, and measuring equipment.
- Verify material specifications, parts replacements, and consumables used during valve repairs.
- Diploma / Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
- Certification in valve maintenance, testing, or API/ASME standards preferred.
- 3-5 Years experience in industrial valve maintenance and testing in oil & gas, petrochemical, or heavy industry.
- Available to join immediately.
