Job responsibilities:- Ensure all food production and service areas comply with HACCP, HSE, and company food safety standards.
- Conduct daily inspections, internal audits, and hygiene checks across all operational areas.
- Investigate incidents/accidents, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions.
- Train staff on food safety, hygiene, pest control, and QHSE procedures.
- Maintain and update the company food safety program in line with legal and client requirements.
- Monitor supplier compliance, perform supplier audits, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Ensure proper maintenance, sanitation, and safe use of equipment and PPE.
- Support QHSE initiatives and maintain high personal and operational hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with management and clients, ensuring strong communication and compliance.
- Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reports related to food safety operations.
