Role ContextInternational Schools Partnership (ISP) is a global community of around 100 international schools across 25 countries. As the Marketing Officer for Park House English School, you will partner with the regional ISP Marketing Team, the school’s Principal and the admissions team to drive demand, build brand awareness, attract qualified leads and nurture them through to enrolment.
Key Responsibilities- School‑level marketing strategy & planning
- Develop the annual marketing plan to drive positive awareness, qualified leads, enrolment growth and retention.
- Track the plan throughout the year and communicate risks and mitigation ideas to key stakeholders.
- Brand management
- Ensure brand and key messages are consistently communicated across all marketing communications.
- Act as brand guardian within the school, ensuring teachers and staff convey the same messaging.
- Content marketing
- Plan the overall content calendar for social media, email, website and other relevant touchpoints.
- Capture stories in the school that demonstrate key messaging and brand values through photography & videography.
- Develop, review, sign‑off and publish marketing content across the relevant channels.
- School website
- Ensure all website content is up to date, accurate and functional.
- Plan & execute new content aligned with the school’s marketing strategy.
- Social media marketing & community management
- Proactively manage the school’s social media presence.
- Create and post engaging text, image and video content.
- Monitor comments and messages, responding promptly per guidelines.
- Report on performance with improvement recommendations.
- Email/CRM
- Plan, design, review and dispatch emails to prospective parents.
- Optimize email performance based on results.
- Events
- Collaborate with Admissions on the event calendar to drive new enrolments and retention.
- Partner with regional marketing to promote admissions/retention events via email, Whats App, website, social, and on‑premises content.
- Support internal comms & PR content development and distribution.
- Plan offline marketing collateral (environmental branding, OOH placements, giveaways).
- Word‑of‑mouth marketing
- Gather parent testimonials and promote them on the website, social media, etc.
- Actively manage reviews on third‑party sites.
- 3+ years of marketing or marketing communications experience.
- Experience in schools is preferable.
- Creative and self‑motivated, thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
- Performance/impact orientated with a strong ownership of work.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, able to work with diverse perspectives.
- Excellent planning, project management and prioritisation skills.
- Proficient in content creation (photography, video, Canva, copywriting).
- Good knowledge of social media management.
- Experience creating emails and using CRM tools.
- Experience editing websites via CMS systems.
- Excellent attention to detail, especially for content proofing.
- Team player with a collaborative approach.
