• Design and produce marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, posters, menus, banners, advertisements, and promotional materials.
• Create engaging visual content for social media platforms, digital campaigns, email marketing, and website updates.
• Develop creative concepts and layouts that effectively communicate the hotel's brand identity and campaign objectives.
• Support the creation of graphics for hotel events, seasonal promotions, restaurant campaigns, spa offers, and internal initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing & Communications team and operational departments to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Coordinate and edit photography and visual assets for marketing use.
• Assist in the production of multimedia content, including basic video editing, motion graphics, and digital animations when required.
• Ensure all design work adheres to Hyatt brand guidelines and maintains a consistent brand image.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
• Maintain and organize design files, brand assets, and marketing materials.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and emerging digital platforms to bring fresh ideas to the team.

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within hospitality, luxury brands, advertising agencies, or related industries.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or other video editing and content creation tools is an advantage.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, branding, digital content, and print design capabilities.
• Familiarity with social media content creation and digital marketing principles.
• Excellent attention to detail, typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
