One of our clients, a leading healthcare provider in Oman, is seeking 25 skilled Nurses to join their team immediately for permanent hiring.
We are looking for nurses to work across our client's Hospital and Rehabilitation Centre, which provides multidisciplinary care to patients with neurodevelopmental and neuropsychiatric conditions.
Our client's team is expanding, and they are seeking compassionate and skilled nurses who are dedicated to improving patient outcomes and delivering high-quality care.

The Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, supporting recovery, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team at our client's Hospital and Rehabilitation Centre in Oman. The role involves delivering high-quality nursing care, assisting with patient assessments, and contributing to improved outcomes in a compassionate and patient-centered environment.
Requirements- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing (BSc Nursing / MSc Nursing)
- Valid nursing registration/license from the relevant nursing board
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience (experience in neuro, psychiatric, or rehabilitation care is a plus)
- Proficiency in Tagalog and Arabic
- Provide direct nursing care to patients with neurodevelopmental and neuropsychiatric conditions
- Assist doctors and allied health professionals in delivering multidisciplinary care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs
- Monitor patient progress and update medical records accurately
- Educate patients and their families on treatment, mobility, and self-care techniques
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, professional regulations, and quality standards
- Participate in continuous professional development to stay updated with nursing best practices
