The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality and patient-centered nursing care within the Operating Theatre / Dayward and Outpatient Department settings. The role involves assisting physicians during procedures, preparing and maintaining sterile environments, monitoring patients before and after surgeries, and supporting day-to-day clinical operations. The nurse will ensure compliance with professional standards and Qatar’s healthcare regulations, while promoting safety, compassion, and efficiency in patient care.

• Provide pre-, intra-, and post-operative nursing care for surgical patients.
• Scrub, assist, and circulate during various surgical procedures.
• Prepare instruments, equipment, and surgical areas according to protocols.
• Monitor patient condition and respond effectively to intraoperative situations.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and uphold infection control practices.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement and safety programs.

• Perform initial patient assessments, vital signs, and medical history documentation.
• Assist physicians during consultations, minor procedures, and diagnostic tests.
• Provide medication administration, health education, and follow-up care.
• Support smooth clinic flow and manage appointment schedules.
• Document nursing activities accurately in the medical record system.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of patient care.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, including at least 3 years in the relevant specialty (Operating Theatre or Outpatient).
• Valid QCHP License (or eligibility for QCHP registration).
• BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS preferred.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and dynamic healthcare environment.

• The total package including basic salary, housing, and transportation for Outpatient Nurse is QAR 6,500 - 7,500 per month.
• The total package including basic salary, housing, and transportation for OR Nurse is QAR 7,500 - 8,500 per month.
