Serve as a key resource for all recreation activities on the property. Provide information to guests about available recreation facilities, including pools, beach, entertainment zone/game‑room, fitness center, and child activities center. Encourage guests to register and schedule participation, promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere, and enforce rules and regulations for safety and welfare. Observe activities, respond appropriately to emergencies, provide cashier services when necessary, and assist private functions with group activities and events.

Maintain cleanliness and safety of recreational facilities, equipment, and supplies. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management; complete required safety training and certifications. Follow company policies, maintain a professional appearance, protect confidential information, and support teamwork. Process payments for equipment rental, activities, facility rentals, or retail sales. Perform tasks such as reading information in various formats, inspecting tools and equipment, using computer/point‑of‑sale systems, and basic physical requirements including standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds unassisted, and carrying heavier objects with assistance.
