QA/QC Inspector – Sewage Treatment Plant

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Inspector specialized in Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) projects to ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and project requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wastewater infrastructure projects and hands‑on experience with inspection, documentation, and quality assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections and quality checks for civil, mechanical, and electrical works related to STP operations and construction.
• Review and verify project documents, including method statements, ITPs, MARs, and QA/QC records.
• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Prepare NCRs, corrective actions, and follow up on closure with relevant teams.
• Coordinate with project management, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and project handovers.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications &

Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical).
• Minimum 3–5 years of QA/QC experience in Sewage Treatment Plants or similar wastewater projects.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards and inspection procedures in STP environments.
• Certification such as CQI/IRCA, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, or relevant QA/QC credentials (preferred).
• Familiarity with Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS) and local authority requirements is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
