Direct message the job poster from Al Ali Engineering Co.WLL We are seeking a Quality Inspector to join our Quality Control team in Qatar. This role is ideal for engineering degree holders with 2–5 years of experience who are interested in building a long-term career in Quality Control
. Arabic speaking is mandatory
. Candidates must be locally available in Qatar and able to join immediately
.

• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project quality plans.
• Inspect materials and workmanship as per Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and method statements.
• Prepare and maintain quality records including WIRs, MIRs, NCRs, and daily inspection reports.
• Coordinate with QA/QC Engineers to close non-conformities and corrective actions.
• Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to resolve quality-related issues.
• Ensure adherence to the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) and project requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical or related).
• 2–5 years of experience in QA/QC, quality inspection, or engineering roles.
• Engineers with relevant site experience who are motivated to develop a career in Quality Control will be considered.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and quality documentation.
• Arabic speaking is mandatory
