We are seeking a QA / QC Engineer responsible for both Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) activities. In QA, the candidate will implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), develop and prepare quality assurance plans and manuals, create and control the distribution of quality documentation, and monitor quality-related activities while performing internal and external audits. In QC, the engineer will review project requirements, codes, standards, and specifications, perform and document quality checks including material inspections and testing, coordinate and conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design documents, manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) including root cause analysis and corrective actions, review and approve inspection and test plans (ITPs), ensure all materials, equipment, and workmanship meet required standards, collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other teams, prepare and maintain quality documentation and records, and continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, have experience in an industrial or construction environment, possess strong knowledge of industry-specific codes, standards, and specifications as per QCS, be familiar with quality control techniques and statistical process control (SPC), have proficiency with quality management systems (QMS) and relevant software, and demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in industrial or construction QA / QC roles.
• Strong knowledge of industry-specific codes, standards, and specifications (QCS).
• Familiarity with quality control techniques, inspections, and statistical process control (SPC).
• Experience in implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Proficiency in QMS software and quality documentation.
• Ability to conduct internal and external audits.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with project managers, engineers, and site teams.
