Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance and quality control strategies tailored to project specifications and industry standards.
• Lead and conduct rigorous inspections and audits of materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with project requirements and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify potential quality issues early in the project lifecycle and propose effective solutions.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and documentation to track quality metrics and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain a robust non‑conformance management process to effectively address and rectify quality deviations.
• Train and mentor junior QAQC staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence within the team.
• Review and approve project quality plans, procedures, and specifications to ensure they align with best practices and industry standards.
• Engage in root cause analysis and corrective action planning to mitigate recurring quality issues and enhance overall project performance.
• Stay current with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and innovation in quality practices.
• Act as the primary point of contact for quality‑related inquiries, facilitating effective communication between clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.

• Certifications such as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor are highly desirable.
• Proven track record of managing quality processes on large‑scale projects, showcasing strong project management skills.
• Strong technical skills in quality management systems, statistical analysis, and inspection techniques.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management.
• Minimum of 10 years of hands‑on experience in QAQC roles within the construction, oil & gas, or manufacturing industries.
