QA​/QC Engineer – Overhead Transmission Lines; OHTL & Substation Projects | KSA​/UAE | L1

We are hiring a qualified QA/QC Engineer to support our transmission line and substation projects in the Gulf region. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in quality management for 220kV / 400kV / 765kV OHTL and substation works

Experience

Required:

5 to 10 Years
Joining: Within 30–60 Days (Immediate Joiners Preferred)

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil / Electrical)

• ISO 9001:2015 Certification (Internal Auditor – Preferred)

• 5 to 10 years of proven experience in QA/QC roles

• Hands‑on experience in Execution of Overhead Transmission Lines (220kV / 400kV / 765kV) or Substation Projects

• Valid passport with at least 9 months of validity

• Strong communication skills in English (both spoken and written)

• Implement and monitor QA/QC systems, procedures, and project‑specific quality plans

• Conduct inspections for foundations, tower erection, stringing, and substation works

• Review and approve material testing reports
  ; ensure compliance with technical specifications

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors on all QA/QC matters

• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation:
  ITPs, checklists, NCRs, method statements, and quality reports

• Lead internal audits and ensure accurate recordkeeping of all QA/QC activities

• Identify, report, and resolve non‑conformances in collaboration with project teams

• Support construction teams in upholding quality and HSE standards on‑site
