Job Description

We are looking for a QA/QC CUM SAFETY who is responsible for ensuring that all project activities meet quality standards and are carried out safely in accordance with company policies, client requirements, and local regulations. This dual‑role position supports quality assurance, quality control, and safety compliance across all operations.

• Implement and monitor the project Quality Management System (QMS).
• Conduct inspections of materials, equipment, and work processes to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Prepare QA/QC reports, inspection test plans (ITPs), quality checklists, and non‑conformance reports (NCRs).
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to follow QA/QC procedures.
• Verify that corrective actions are implemented effectively for any quality issues.
• Maintain proper documentation for all QA/QC activities and ensure traceability.
• Assist in internal and external audits.

• Implement the company's Health and Safety Management System (HSEMS).
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions.
• Prepare and deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions.
• Investigate incidents, prepare incident reports, and recommend preventive measures.
• Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and client safety requirements.
• Monitor the use of PPE and enforce safety rules and policies on site.
• Maintain safety records including permits, inspection logs, and training attendance.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (preferred).
• Certification: NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent.
• QA/QC certification (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, QA/QC Engineering Certification) is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of construction/industrial safety standards and QA/QC procedures.
• Excellent communication and report‑writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams.
• Minimum 8‑10 years of experience in QA/QC and Safety roles (depending on company requirement).

Job Type: Full‑time

Pay:
Up to QAR4,000.00 per month
