We are seeking a detail-oriented
Quality Assurance / Trainer
with a minimum of
2 years of relevant experience
to ensure high-quality standards across processes, systems, and service delivery while providing effective training to staff. The role combines quality monitoring, performance evaluation, and training delivery to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.

• Monitor and evaluate processes, systems, and employee performance to ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.
• Conduct audits, quality reviews, and performance assessments.
• Identify gaps, trends, and root causes of quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare quality reports, scorecards, and performance metrics.
• Support the development and maintenance of quality assurance frameworks, policies, and documentation.
• Design, develop, and deliver training programs, materials, and workshops.
• Conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions for new and existing staff.
• Assess training effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Coach employees to improve performance, quality, and compliance.
• Maintain training records and documentation.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance, training, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and performance metrics.
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and quality or training management tools.
