Salary Budget : QAR 15,000 per month

Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor quality assurance and quality control activities across project sites.
• Review and interpret project specifications, drawings, and technical documents to ensure compliance.
• Conduct inspections for materials, workmanship, and activities related to marine and civil construction works.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC reports, NCRs, ITPs, method statements, and other documentation.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Identify non-conformities and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure all works comply with relevant standards, project requirements, and safety guidelines.
• Assist in audits, testing, and approval processes for materials and construction activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for quality standards and processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC roles within construction, infrastructure, or marine projects.
• Marine construction experience is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures, standards, codes, and project quality documentation.
• Knowledge of inspection tools, testing methods, and reporting processes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with site teams and clients.

Salary & Benefits:

Up to QAR 15,000 per month (depending on experience) + Other benefits as per Qatar Labor Law
