Description

We are looking for experienced Property consultants to join our dynamic team in Doha.

Requirements :
  • Valid Qatar Driving License and own car
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate
  • Proven track record in sales or leasing
Desired Skills & Experience
1. Sales & Negotiation Skills
  • Strong ability to negotiate deals and close transactions.
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Confidence in presenting property options and handling objections.
2. Market Knowledge
  • Understanding of the Qatar real estate market, trends, pricing, and regulations.
  • Knowledge of freehold vs leasehold areas, investment zones, and property types.
3. Client Relationship Management
  • Ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Excellent follow-up habits and professional communication.
  • Experience working with multinational buyers, tenants, and investors.
4. Marketing & Lead Management
  • Skilled in using social media platforms, CRM systems, and listing portals (Property Finder, Qatar Living, Aqar, etc.).
  • Ability to convert leads with proper filtration and qualification.
5. Communication Skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English (Arabic is an added advantage).
  • Professional presentation skills during property tours and meetings.
6. Time Management & Self-Discipline
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and appointments efficiently.
  • Strong discipline in daily follow-ups, reporting, and task completion.
