• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote listings and attract potential buyers.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and real estate laws.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Manage property listings, including organizing open houses and showings.
• Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as mortgage brokers and inspectors, to facilitate transactions.
• Utilize strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
