Al Madar Holding is one of Qatar's leading real estate developers with over three decades of success. We are expanding our Doha sales team and seeking an experienced Real Estate Salesperson.
Key Responsibilities- Sell residential and commercial properties
- Generate and convert leads through networking and digital platforms
- Source and list new properties (landlords, developers, agents)
- Conduct viewings and guide clients through the sales process
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent service
- Use CRM tools to manage leads and track performance
- 3+ years of real estate sales experience in Qatar (Arabic female preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in Arabic & English
- Valid Qatar driving license
- Bachelor's degree preferred
