• Client Engagement:

• Property Showings:
  Conduct informative and engaging property viewings, highlighting the unique features and benefits of each rental property.
• Rent Negotiation:
  Facilitate negotiations between landlords and tenants to secure favorable lease agreements for both parties.
• Documentation:
  Assist clients in completing necessary rental paperwork and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Relationship Management:
  Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and fellow team members to foster trust and collaboration.
• Sales Negotiation:
  Represent the seller in negotiations with potential buyers to secure the best possible terms of sale.
• Communication:
  Keep the seller informed of market conditions, the progress of the sale, and feedback from viewings.
• Closing the Deal:
  Guide the seller through the closing process, including ensuring all legal and financial requirements are met.

• Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson.
