Job Description

Luxury Estates Real Estate is looking for a motivated, confident, and energetic Telecaller to join our dynamic real estate team.

You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing premium property opportunities in Dubai and Qatar, and assisting our Property Consultants by generating and qualifying leads.

Your goal is to maintain strong communication with clients, manage CRM records efficiently, and ensure each inquiry receives prompt and professional attention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make daily outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
  • Present and promote real estate projects in Dubai and Qatar from top-tier developers.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for Property Consultants.
  • Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on inquiries through calls, Whats App, and emails.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure proper lead handover.
  • Assist in lead generation campaigns and maintain strong conversion performance.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead targets.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or real estate lead generation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an advantage).
  • Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Positive attitude, punctuality, and self-motivation are essential.
  • Valid Qatar Residence Permit / NOC preferred.
