Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Real Estate Agent based in Doha, Qatar. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for managing property listings, conducting property viewings, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Key tasks include negotiating property deals, networking with prospective clients, and supporting tenants and buyers throughout the leasing or purchase process. Building and fostering connections in the real estate market is an essential element of this role.
Qualifications- Strong knowledge of the real estate market, property leasing, and sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Customer service expertise and the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Proficiency in marketing techniques, social media outreach, and property management tools
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targets
- Fluency in English is required; working knowledge of Arabic or other languages is beneficial
- A valid Qatar driving license and access to transportation are preferred
- Previous experience in real estate, property management, or a related field is advantageous
