Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Retail Leasing Consultant with a proven track record in shopping malls and retail leasing management. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the retail landscape, exceptional negotiation skills, and a passion for creating vibrant shopping experiences. As a Retail Leasing Consultant at company, you will play a crucial role in expanding our retail portfolio and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Client Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, landlords, and prospective tenants to understand their leasing needs and objectives. - Market Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify leasing opportunities, evaluate competitive landscapes, and determine optimal rental strategies. - Leasing Strategy Development:
Develop and implement innovative leasing strategies to attract and retain high-quality tenants while maximizing property value. - Negotiation and Deal Structuring:
Negotiate lease agreements, terms, and conditions, ensuring favorable outcomes for all parties involved. - Property Promotion:
Collaborate with marketing teams to promote available retail spaces through various channels, including online listings, social media, and industry events. - Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, tenant interactions, and market trends, providing regular updates to management. - Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, including property management and finance, to ensure seamless execution of leasing strategies and tenant onboarding.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven years of experience in retail leasing, specifically within shopping malls or mixed-use developments.
- Strong understanding of retail market dynamics, leasing processes, and industry trends.
- Proven negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and leasing management software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
