Park Hyatt Doha, a luxurious 5‑star property located in the heart of Msheireb Downtown, is looking for a dynamic and service‑oriented Team Leader to join our Food and Beverage Service team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities- Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Lead and motivate the service team to uphold Park Hyatt’s high standards.
- Provide personalized guest interactions to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns promptly.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent guest service mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic administrative reporting.
