Overview

Waiter/Waitress – Doha, Qatar

We are seeking skilled and experienced waiters/waitresses to join our team in Doha. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
• Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner
• Monitor tables to ensure that customers have everything they need
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a polite and efficient manner
• Process payments accurately using POS system
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area and assist with setting up tables for new customers
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant setting
• Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Competitive salary of 1300$ per month with potential for tips
