Pastry Chef We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Arabic Speaker Pastry Chef to lead the preparation of high-quality desserts, pastries, and baked goods. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking, a flair for presentation, and the ability to innovate while maintaining consistency and quality.

• Prepare a wide variety of baked goods including cakes, cookies, pies, breads, and tarts using traditional and modern recipes.
• Design and develop new dessert recipes to refresh the menu and attract customers.
• Decorate pastries and desserts with artistic flair using icings, toppings, and other techniques.
• Monitor inventory of baking ingredients and order supplies within budget.
• Ensure all baked goods meet quality and presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry section.
• Train and supervise pastry assistants and junior bakers.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to coordinate dessert offerings for events and daily service.

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, with a minimum of 7 years’ experience as Pastry Chef.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, food safety, and nutrition.
• Creativity and attention to detail in flavor and presentation.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• A culinary degree or certification in pastry arts is preferred.
