We are seeking an elegant, service-oriented Waitress to join our prestigious 5-star café in Doha. The ideal candidate will deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing professional, courteous, and prompt service in a luxurious setting that reflects the heritage and sophistication of our Parisian brand.

• Greet guests with warmth, elegance, and a genuine smile.
• Escort the guest to occupy their table.
• Present menus, explain food and beverage items with detailed knowledge and passion.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve orders with attention to detail, presentation, and timing.
• Monitor tables and anticipate guests’ needs throughout the dining experience.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and elevate issues when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members and support smooth daily operations.
• Uphold brand image and standards in appearance, communication, and conduct.
• Participate in training sessions, tastings, and brand education.

• Previous 2-year experience as a waitress/waiter in a luxury café, fine-dining restaurant, or 5-star hotel OR Fresher with 2/3 years hospitality education.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure.
• High attention to detail and presentation.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance at all times.
• Height – 5.10 feet (minimum).
• Gender – Female.
• Age – 20 to 30.
• Passion for hospitality, luxury service, and guest satisfaction.
• Flexibility with shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.
