Job DescriptionA premium fine dining restaurant in Qatar is seeking experienced and well‑presented Waitresses to deliver exceptional guest service in an elegant, high‑end setting. Candidates must be service‑driven, professional, and passionate about hospitality, ensuring a refined and memorable dining experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and attend to guests with genuine hospitality and professionalism.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and provide personalized recommendations.
- Take orders accurately and coordinate effectively with kitchen and bar teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages while monitoring guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all dining and service areas.
- Handle payments and process POS transactions accurately.
- Assist in smooth operations during peak service periods and special events.
- Follow restaurant policies, safety protocols, and service standards consistently.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or service training is a plus.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Waitress in an upscale restaurant or luxury hotel dining environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure.
- Professional, courteous, and guest‑focused attitude.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures.
