Job Summary:
Our Client is hiring an experienced Executive Chef (Western Cuisine) to lead our kitchen team and create exceptional Western dishes for our guests. The chef will be responsible for menu design, food preparation, quality control, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
- Plan, prepare, and supervise all Western cuisine dishes (steaks, burgers, pasta, sandwiches, etc.).
- Maintain consistency in flavor, presentation, and portion size.
- Develop new menu items and seasonal specials.
- Ensure full compliance with Food Safety & Hygiene regulations.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to improve skills and productivity.
- Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and waste control efficiently.
- Work closely with management to optimize food cost and profitability.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive or Head Chef in Western or international cuisine.
- In-depth knowledge of sauces, grilling, and modern cooking techniques.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Experience in American or Italian-style restaurants is highly desirable.
