Ramlah Resort is looking for an experienced CDP skilled in Arabic, International, and Ottoman cuisine to join our fine‑dining kitchen team.

• Prepare and present high‑quality dishes in assigned section.
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
• Support Sous/Head Chef in daily operations.
• Ensure proper mise en place and smooth service.
• Train and guide junior staff.

• Previous CDP experience in fine dining/5‑star kitchens.
• Strong knowledge of required cuisines.
• Good teamwork, communication, and time‑management.
• Flexible with shifts; immediate joiners preferred.
• Accommodation + food provided; staff stay in resort accommodation (Sealine).
• Competitive salary + growth opportunities.

Average salary: QAR 80,000 to QAR 120,000 per year, depending on experience and type of establishment. Benefits may include accommodation, transportation, and health insurance. Higher‑end establishments often offer more competitive compensation packages.
