The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in hotels, restaurants, or cruise ships. Responsibilities include ensuring hygiene compliance, checking the quality of meat and fish deliveries, maintaining preparation areas, and communicating closely with the Executive Chef. A Culinary Certificate is required, and a comprehensive benefits package is offered including accommodation and health insurance.
