• Coordinate daily restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless service flow from the front‑of‑house to the kitchen.
• Supervise, train, and support the restaurant staff, inspiring them to provide top‑notch service to guests.
• Manage scheduling, staff performance, and employee relations to cultivate a positive work environment.
• Monitor service standards and customer feedback, continually seeking ways to enhance the dining experience.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menu offerings and specials that align with customer preferences.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing best practices for sanitation.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a proactive manner, maintaining the restaurant's reputation for excellence.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, trends, and high standards of customer service.
• Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate problem‑solving capabilities.
• Proficient in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and commitment to maintaining standards.

AED basic salary range depending on the experience, plus 400 AED food allowance and 350–500 AED for service charge average credit card tips. Additional benefits include free accommodation, transportation, uniforms, health insurance, air ticket (once every two years), and paid leave as per UAE laws. Salary per month ranges from QAR 8,000 to QAR 25,000 (Qatar salary info) or AED equivalent in Dubai.
