Park Hyatt Doha is currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic hospitality professional to join Sora, our signature Japanese restaurant, as Assistant Manager.

In this role, you will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth service, maintaining high guest satisfaction, and guiding the team to deliver an authentic Japanese dining experience. You will assist with staff supervision, guest engagement, service standards, and overall restaurant performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role in a fine-dining or Japanese restaurant.
• Strong understanding of Japanese cuisine, culture, and dining etiquette.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Experience working in a luxury hospitality environment is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Japanese is an added benefit.
