Visual Commercial

Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Visual Commercial in communicating sales plans and targets to the Shop/Department team and monitor the performance on an ongoing basis.
• Assist in assigning routine and non-routine tasks to the whole department team.
• Assist the Senior Visual Commercial and Department Manager in handling the maintenance of inventories and placement of products.
• Greet customers and ensure that they are served by shop staff in a timely manner and in compliance with quality and customer service standards.
• Distribute and arrange merchandise to maximize available space, while complying with the company guidelines and display mapping (customer profile, color, harmony etc.) to attract the maximum number of customers and promote.
• Control and monitor the section sales budget such as driving sales, generating reports, proposing action plans, and executing all merchandising tasks (changing mannequin, prices, posters, pictures).

• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office and shop/stock management tools.
• Deep product knowledge across all departments.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
